90-Day Limited Warranty

All used and refurbished devices sold by Mobile Tech Repair LLC include a 90-day limited warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturer or functional defects that occur under normal use.

If a device is found to be defective within the 90-day warranty period, we will repair or exchange the device at no cost. If an identical replacement is unavailable, a comparable device may be provided.

What Is Covered

✔ Device will power on and function as intended

✔ Cellular, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, camera, and basic hardware functionality

✔ Issues not caused by physical or liquid damage

What Is NOT Covered

✘ Physical damage (cracks, dents, broken screens)

✘ Liquid or moisture damage

✘ Software issues caused by updates, user-installed apps, or misuse

✘ Battery degradation due to normal wear

✘ Devices that have been opened, repaired, or altered by a third party

✘ Lost or stolen devices

Returns & Refunds

Because all devices are used or refurbished, returns for refunds are not accepted unless required by law.

If a device is defective within the warranty period, the remedy will be repair or exchange only.

Warranty Claim Process

To file a warranty claim:

  1. Bring the device to our store with proof of purchase

  2. Our technicians will inspect and test the device

  3. If the issue is covered, we will repair or exchange it

Warranty service does not reset or extend the original 90-day warranty period.

In-Store & Online Purchases

This policy applies to:

  • In-store purchases

  • Online purchases made through our website
